Discidius Shows What Life as a Call Center Employee Can Look Like! A New Social Campaign Fights Hate and Discrimination

Discidius, a new brand in the customer service industry, has launched a social campaign to raise awareness of the challenges faced by call center employees. As part of this initiative, they have created a moving commercial that highlights the realities of working in the field, with a particular focus on the issue of discrimination against women.

“When creating the campaign, we wanted to break away from stereotypes and show the true face of working in a call center,” says Erich Sikora, CEO of the company behind the Discidius app. “We are aware that many people have negative associations with telemarketers, often perceived as intrusive. However, call centers are about much more than sales. They also include support departments, helplines for public institutions, banks, telecom companies, and more. These employees help us solve problems and provide essential information every day.”

The Discidius commercial depicts the difficult situations encountered by a female call center worker, such as hate, verbal aggression, and discrimination. It particularly emphasizes the issue of gender discrimination, where women are often judged based on their gender rather than their skills.

“We hope our campaign encourages people to reflect on how they treat call center employees,” adds Daria Anioł, from the KAVA agency, which supports Discidius with marketing efforts. “Let’s remember that on the other side of the phone line, there is always a person who deserves respect, regardless of their gender.”

Discidius aims to use this campaign to change public perceptions of call center employees and increase awareness about workplace discrimination.
