PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES
This policy applies to the website: https://discidius.com/en, hereinafter referred to as the "Service" and applies to all users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
The controller of personal data is Discidius s.r.o. with its registered office at Bukovecká 613, 739 91 Jablunkov, Czech Republic, ID No.: 071 57 282, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, file No. C 74693, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" as well as in accordance with the relevant national data protection regulations.
Users' personal data may be processed by the Controller for the following purposes:
making the content collected on the Website available to Users - the legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR);
analytical and statistical purposes consisting in conducting analyses of Users' activity, as well as their preferences in order to improve the functionalities used and services provided - based on the consent (legal basis: art. 6 letter a of the GDPR);
establishing contact - based on the consent (legal basis: art. 6 letter a of the GDPR);
marketing - based on the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in direct marketing activities (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR) or on the basis of consent (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR);
possible determination and pursuit of claims or defense against them - the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR) consisting in the protection of its rights.
Personal data are collected from the data subjects.
As a rule, the period of processing of personal data by the Controller depends on the purpose and legal basis of processing. Data is stored:
for the period of existence of a legally justified interest pursued by the Controller or until the User files an effective objection, but no longer than the limitation period of the Controller's claims against the data subject, resulting from the business activity conducted by the Controller [legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR],
until the consent to data processing is withdrawn, and in the case of establishing contact, for a period of 1 year from the date of granting consent, unless the consent has been withdrawn earlier [legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR].
Users have the following rights:
Right of access, rectification, restriction, deletion or transfer - the data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to their personal data, their rectification, deletion ("right to be forgotten") or restriction of processing and has the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer their data. Detailed conditions for exercising the above-mentioned rights are indicated in art. 15-21 of the GDPR.
Right to withdraw consent at any time - the person whose data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of expressed consent (based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR), has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Right to object - the data subject has the right to object at any time - for reasons related to their particular situation - to the processing of their personal data based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator), including profiling based on these provisions. In such a case, the Administrator is no longer allowed to process these personal data, unless he/she demonstrates the existence of important legally justified grounds for processing, overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - a person whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority operating in a given European Union country in the manner and procedure specified in the GDPR.
Users' personal data will be transferred to cooperating entities that participate in processes necessary to conduct business activities, including entities providing IT support to the Controller, entities providing advisory, accounting and legal services.
Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to use some functionalities of the Service.
Processing of personal data by the Controller may involve the transfer of such data to countries with a lower level of data protection than in the European Union (so-called third countries), such as the United States. In each such case, the Administrator will ensure compliance of the transfer of personal data to a country outside the European Economic Area with the provisions of the GDPR or appropriate safeguards in the field of protection of privacy and the rights and freedoms of persons to whom such data relates.
The Service uses cookies. Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service user and are intended for using the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.
During the first visit to the Service, information on the use of cookies is displayed, within which the User can choose whether to consent to the use of all cookies or to reject selected or all cookies.

essential - these cookies are essential for the functioning of the Service, so they cannot be disabled. analytical - they are used to improve the functioning of the Service. They allow us to recognize and detect the number of Users, as well as monitor how Users use the website. functional - they help improve the effectiveness of marketing activities and adapt them to the needs and preferences of Users, e.g. by remembering any choices made on the pages.

The plug-ins are used on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR. The Controller has a legitimate interest in achieving the greatest possible visibility in social media.
